It is personal. The name of the company itself is the address, which is 356 West 6th Street, where Jack was raised in a small town in the impoverished Delta Region in the State of Mississippi. Through our business consulting services and program management expertise, we guide our clients in navigating the complex world of government contracts, helping them secure their fair share of procurement revenue.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in appointed government leadership positions for four Governors in two different states, combined with his experience in business development, strategic communications, program management, and political consulting, Jack guides clients through complex challenges to secure lucrative contracts. His impact goes beyond business, fostering collaboration and inclusivity by bridging gaps between government agencies, prime contractors, and underrepresented businesses.
With a focus on creating win-win business opportunities, Jack emphasizes to our clients the importance of meeting project deadlines, delivering quality results, and managing costs effectively. He has utilized his experience and his vast network of contacts, both in the U.S. and internationally, to play a major role in developing and cultivating joint venture partnerships, teaming agreements and prime/subcontracting relationships. As a result of Jack’s efforts, he has utilized his network of contacts to help develop and cultivate business relationships that have successfully led to the awarding of contracts and licensing agreements that are valued at hundreds of millions of dollars in various sectors, including for companies that specialize in fuel distribution, gaming, construction, Information Technology, cannabis, and other industry sectors as well. He is a published author and a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy whose leadership inspires others to strive for excellence by incorporating valuable lessons from his extensive experience.
